tips for what to do after a really long cry because you’re probably feeling all kinds of exhausted and drained and i don’t want that for you in the slightest:

• take a shower and change all of your clothes even your socks and underwear. this is the first step to everything. 
• pour yourself a big, cold glass of water and drink it. all of it. once you’re done, get yourself a refill. this will boost u physically and emotionally instantly please trust me.
• grab a snack, something light that you don’t have to wait to prepare. i recommend a pudding cup, a piece of fruit, yogurt, a popsicle, or some crackers. 
• get under the covers. turn on something - tv, a movie, music, anything distracting. or consider calling a friend or talking to anyone nearby, even your sibling the next room over!!
• know that you are loved. you are important. you mean more than you know right now, more than you will maybe ever know. you are worth all the stars in the sky. you deserve to feel good. 

just because you don’t look like somebody who you think is attractive doesn’t mean you aren’t attractive. flowers are pretty but so are christmas lights and they look nothing alike

Beyond jumpscares, there are very really creepy/unsettling background noises - moaning and screaming and demonic voices and the like, including some very upsetting screams from a child around the 17-minute mark that continue for several minutes. The animation gets trippy and disorienting at about 22:50(ish) and stays that way for a minute. Sounds of someone being murdered around 23:50. Honestly if you’re easily creeped out this might not be the best video for you to watch.

(On the cute side of things, Dan said he wouldn’t be nearly brave enough to go through the game without Phil <3.)

People are justified in leaving the phandom after this video!! They are justified in not posting anything else dan&phil related after this video! They aren’t hating on dan&phil for posting this video and they aren’t being ‘childish’. Honestly, people not only reposted their work (which has been happening a lot), but dan&phil saw their work when they didn’t want them to! This phandom is toxic, espc if people get mad at others for leaving. Liking and participating in a fandom is a persons choice and something they do for fun. If they don’t find it fun anymore, they are allowed to stop without all this drama.
